Ring Security Keypad Quick Guide

Basic Operations

  • Power On: Press any button to wake up the keypad
  • Enter Access Code: Type your 4-digit PIN when prompted

Setting Security Modes

  1. Home Mode:
    • Press the Home button (house icon)
    • Enter your PIN
    • System will arm, leaving indoor sensors inactive
  2. Away Mode:
    • Press the Away button (arrow icon)
    • Enter your PIN
    • Exit within the countdown period
  3. Disarm:
    • Enter your PIN
    • System will disarm immediately

Important Tips

  • Keep the keypad plugged in or check battery regularly
  • Test your code monthly to ensure it works
  • If you make a mistake, press * to clear entry
  • Press the X button to cancel any operation
