Naiyana Gold

Lead Healer & Spiritual Guide

🙏
"Healing came into my life not as a choice, but as a quiet invitation—whispered when the life I had carefully built no longer felt like my own."
Background
Naiyana is a spiritual wellbeing alchemist and the founder of Yardfahmadin Healing House in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Her path to healing work began with a deep inner calling that led her to return to her homeland after 16 transformative years in Australia.
Guided by her grandfather—a traditional healer and shaman from northern Thailand—Naiyana carries forward an ancient lineage of healing while integrating modern somatic and energetic practices. Her work is gentle but profound, creating fields of safety where deep release becomes possible.
Experience
  • 10+ years guiding transformational healing work
  • 20+ silent retreats facilitated
  • 100+ souls guided through private healing journeys
  • Founder of Yardfahmadin Healing House and the Yardfahmadin Family (100+ members)
  • Trained in energy healing, somatic practices, and ancestral Thai healing traditions
Approach
Naiyana's work is not about fixing—it's about returning to wholeness. Through private healing sessions, she helps participants release energetic blockages, navigate emotional patterns, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Her presence creates a container where transformation unfolds naturally.
In the Retreat
Naiyana leads all private one-on-one healing sessions and holds the deep inner work container throughout the retreat. She guides participants through emotional releases, energetic recalibration, and the sacred silence periods that create accelerated clarity.

Kishore Kakileti (KK)

Structure & Embodiment Facilitator

🌿
"The body knows the way home—we just need to listen."
Background
Kishore brings 10+ years of professional experience and deep somatic awareness to create grounded structure for transformational work. After a successful career in technology, he embarked on a seven-year journey of deep healing and inner work that led him to discover the power of embodied practices.
Through his own healing journey—reversing chronic health conditions through yoga, breathwork, and naturopathy—Kishore learned firsthand the wisdom of the body and the importance of creating safe containers for transformation.
Experience
  • Certified Isha Yoga practitioner (Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya & Angamardana)
  • Trained in somatic awareness and breathwork
  • Jindal Naturopathy practitioner
  • Deep personal practice in meditation, yoga nidra, and body-based healing
  • Experience in retreat logistics and group facilitation
Approach
Kishore's role is to hold the structure so participants can fully surrender to their process. He leads embodiment practices that help participants ground, integrate, and stay connected to their bodies during deep inner work. His presence ensures the retreat container remains stable and safe.
In the Retreat
Kishore guides daily yoga, breathwork, and movement practices. He holds the group space during private healing sessions, leads nature walks, and ensures the rhythm and timing of the retreat supports deep transformation. His embodied presence helps participants stay grounded while navigating intense inner work.

The Two-Facilitator Model
While Naiyana guides the deep healing work, Kishore holds the structure and embodiment practices. This ensures you're always witnessed, supported, and held—whether you're in a private session, practicing yoga, or moving through silence.
Two facilitators mean personalized attention in a small group, safety throughout your journey, and a complete container for transformation.
